The real estate group City Home is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. It offers its clients quality and affordable housing. In the market for fractional ownership in apartment buildings, it is a clear leader.
In 2014, the family-owned holding company SATPO Group established the subsidiary real estate group City Home, through which it began investing in the existing housing stock. This year, the City Home group is celebrating its 10th anniversary. In attractive locations across Prague, City Home purchases entire apartment buildings or co-ownership shares with the aim of consolidating or resolving ownership. The properties are further enhanced through financial, legal, and technical restructuring, creating new offerings of apartments or entire buildings on the market.
On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the founding of the City Home group together with the parent company SATPO Group, a friendly informal celebration was held on September 10, 2024 for important business partners, investors and friends in the representative premises of the Slivovice Museum. The live music of the solo musician Josef "Pepson" Snětivý created a pleasant atmosphere during the welcoming of guests, refreshments and tasting, as well as the possibility to "become a plum and turn into a plum in the framework of the VR tour", provided by Muzeum Slivovice.The wide selection of French wines was complemented by the Dobrá vína company, and the amazing light show, which was the main surprise of the evening, was provided by the artists of the dance studio.At the end of the evening, there was live music performed by the Lovesong Orchestra band and attention at the exit in the likes of flowers for the lady and CHOICE magazine for the men. The anniversary is a reason not only to celebrate, but above all it is an opportunity to thank all our investment and business partners, thanks to whom we managed to successfully implement dozens of projects in which several hundred clients live happily. Thanks for the success to date also go to all the employees, without whom the company would not be where it is. The City Home Group continues to grow and has plans for the next years, decades.
