The property purchase is a significant moment in each of our lives, and it is important that this substantial private investment becomes a pleasant experience. A non-binding verbal reservation is valid for a period of 5 working days, followed by the execution of a reservation agreement, future purchase agreement, and final purchase agreement.

PAYMENT CALENDAR

  • Reservation fee of 200,000 CZK is due within 5 days of signing the Reservation Agreement.
  • The first installment, amounting to at least 10% (minus the reservation fee), is payable upon signing the Future Purchase Agreement.
  • The remaining 90% of the purchase price is due before signing the Purchase Agreement.
