CZK 200,000 + legal VAT, due in 5 days from the date of signing the Reservation Agreement 

FIRST INSTALLMENT 

10% of the purchase price (minus the reservation fee) + legal VAT as a first installment due in 5 days from the date of signing the Contingent Agreement on transfer the unit 

BALANCE PAYMENT 

90% of the purchase price + legal VAT as a balance payment due before signing the Unit Transfer Agreement
