locality

Vršovice is a vibrant district located in Prague 10, one of the administrative parts of the Czech capital. It is known for its blend of residential, commercial, and cultural areas, offering a lively atmosphere and rich history.

Significant landmarks in Vršovice include the Church of St. Nicholas, which dates back to the 18th century, and the Ďolíček Stadium, home of the football club Bohemians Praha 1905. An integral and renowned part of Vršovice are Heroldovy and Havlíčkovy Sady. These two picturesque parks provide a peaceful refuge amidst the urban hustle.

The district is characterized by its architecture, which features both historic buildings and modern residential complexes. In recent years, Vršovice has undergone significant revitalization, contributing to its increasing popularity among young people, families, and those who prefer an active lifestyle.

With abundant leisure opportunities, a diverse range of restaurants, cafes, and shops, Vršovice is becoming one of the most sought-after places to live in Prague. The area is well-connected to other parts of the city thanks to excellent transportation infrastructure, including tram and bus lines.

Přípotoční Street itself offers ample greenery in the immediate vicinity, with additional green spaces within walking distance. Adjacent to the building is a fenced playground that has recently undergone a complete renovation.

From the tram stop, just 200 meters from the building, you can comfortably reach various parts of the city. The bus stop is equally close, allowing easy access to the city center without needing a car. However, if necessary, you can reach central Prague by car in just a few minutes, and the connection to the Southern Ring Road and the D1 motorway is very quick.
