CONTRACT AND PAYMENT TERMS
Buying a property is a special moment in the life of each of us and it is important that this significant private investment becomes a pleasant experience. A non-binding verbal reservation is valid for 5 working days, then the conclusion of the reservation contract, future purchase contract and purchase contract follows.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE - the reservation fee of CZK 200,000 is payable within 5 days of signing the Reservation Agreement.
The FIRST INSTALLMENT in the amount of at least 10% (minus the reservation fee) is paid after signing the Contract on the future purchase contract. ADDITIONAL
PAYMENT UP TO 100% of the purchase price is paid before signing the Purchase Agreement.
MORTGAGE FINANCING
In cooperation with our long-term partner, the company Hyposervis, we offer cost-effective mediation of a mortgage loan when purchasing any property from our offer.
